Webhooks

Providers tell SendCore when a message is delivered, read or answered. Point their webhooks at the URLs below once, when you connect a channel.

WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API)

https://api.sendcore.in/webhook/meta

In Meta's App Dashboard → WhatsApp → Configuration, set the callback URL and use the Webhook secret from SendCore's WhatsApp Configuration page as the verify token. Subscribe to the messages field. Add your Meta App Secret in SendCore so every event's signature is checked.

Email (SendGrid)

https://api.sendcore.in/webhook/sendgrid/{companyId}

In SendGrid → Settings → Mail Settings → Event Webhook, paste the URL and select Delivered, Bounced and Dropped. Turn on the Signed Event Webhook and copy its verification key into SendCore's Email Configuration page.

SMS (Twilio)

https://api.sendcore.in/webhook/twilio/sms/{companyId}

Nothing to do — SendCore attaches this status callback to every SMS it sends and verifies Twilio's signature.

Want SendCore to notify your system of new replies and status changes? Outgoing webhooks aren't available yet — for now, poll the messages and progress endpoints, or tell us what you need.
